The Capitol is ready to announce the winners of the District Style Challenges (and the Grand Prize Winner!), and to reward them for their dazzling creations. We’ve received entries from all over Panem in the form of stunning shoes, marvelous maquillage, Peeta’s wardrobe and Capitol finery worn by the citizens themselves. See who got our hearts racing with their sizzling designs!
The chic-ness of you fabulous citizens (even outside the Capitol!) continues to amaze us! The ensembles you put together for Peeta’s all-important interview with Caesar Flickerman were fantastic - and from the entries, we pulled three more sartorial savants to act as official Stylists. In addition to having their work featured in the storied pages of Capitol Couture, winners will also receive a commemorative DIP featuring the coveted “Stylist” badge. In our third District Style Challenge, we’re asking our debonair denizens to put together the perfect ensemble for Peeta Mellark to wear in his interview with Caesar Flickerman. Remember, this District 12 Tribute is about to share a substantial secret with all of Panem, and he needs to look his best!
Submit your ideas for Peeta below to win a $750 Nordstrom gift card. Entries can be your own design, something you find in your closet, or items you find online, but the Capitol Couture judges will need to see an image to make a decision!

Capitol Couture’s editors have been thrilled by the response to our District Style Challenge so far - apparently the Districts are more fashion-conscious than we thought! We’d like to clarify a few things, however:
- Don’t worry about creating an actual shoe or other item in order to be considered for a Stylist position - all we need is an image which conveys your unique vision. Drawings, photographs, paintings, or any other form of image - it’s all fair game!
- Although only entrants from the US aged 13 or older are eligible to win prizes in the District Style Challenge, citizens of all ages from all countries can submit their designs to be considered as Stylists. It doesn’t matter how old you are or where you’re from - Capitol Couture wants to see what you’ve got!
- When you’re submitting designs to the District Style Challenge, your submissions are only going to Capitol Couture. Post your entries publicly to your personal Tumblr blog and get your friends, fans, and followers to show their support by hearting or reblogging your design!
May the odds be ever in your favor - and ever in style!

Our upcoming “Stylists Wanted” feature will be a series of recurring challenges for Panem citizens who want to become their District’s hottest new Stylist. Hair, heels, body mods, bold colors, whiskers and more are all game in this fashion arena. Show us what you can do.
